Work Experience
With about 13 years of experience, most of my work experience is in setting up and supporting computer networks. I started studying mechanics at university but due to my interest in computer science, I started learning and working professionally in the field of computers in private and virtual learning centers.
Being able to find the fastest solutions to network problems and good communication skills are the benefits of working as the lead of the IT support team for years.
currently, I work as IT department manager in Simabgoon Brokerage Firm
My job includes installing and maintaining workstations and server computers both physically and logically. also since it’s a financial firm, security is in main focus so maximum levels of security are deployed.
I worked as the lead of the technical support team in Motemayez co for almost 3 years.
I was in charge of the support team for ESET security, Kerio Control, and HPE Servers. Deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting antivirus environment for several local enterprises and keep 30K+ ESET Security Endpoints maintained are one of my achievements there. also, my job included writing knowledge-base and educational articles for ESET and Kerio Products.
we kept our team update by conducting research on new vulnerabilities and security flaws.
I worked as IT manager in Hemayat Newspaper
I was in charge of everything technological inside the company. Like most news agencies, high availability was required so I improved the overall network capabilities through designing and implementing new connectivity network configure to maintain redundancy.
also I was responsible for company website. i was in charge of posting news and keeping the website updated.
I had IT support contracts with several small businesses. Installing and maintaining hardware performance, network connectivity, and software updates was my responsibility. On-call support were included. I did some passive networking projects too
